RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At GONZO®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
GONZO® will accept returns and exchanges of all items shipped from or sold through our online store at www.gogetgonzo.com if:
The items are returned within 30 days of customer receipt.
A valid “proof of purchase” AND “proof of identity” is provided (see below).
Items are returned in good condition. Items damaged through normal wear and tear will not be accepted for exchange, credit or refund without first contacting GONZO® CUSTOMER SERVICE at 855-464-6696, or by writing GONZO® CUSTOMER SERVICE at PO Box 1253, West Covina, California, 91793.

If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, the item can be exchanged only for the same item.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
“Proof of Purchase” is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund for eligible GONZO® brand items, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of your purchase with purchaser’s proof of identity copy:
Original Paper Receipt
E-Receipt
Original Packing Slip
Original Order Number
We can also verify proof of purchase by looking up your original receipt using your major credit card used at the time of purchase, or the email address used to receive your GONZO E-Receipt.

PURCHASER PROOF OF IDENTITY
A PHOTOCOPY of the purchaser’s “PROOF OF IDENTITY” is required for return to verify the return is being made by the original purchaser of the product.
An acceptable PHOTOCOPY PROOF OF IDENTITY includes a valid EMPLOYEE PHOTO ID CARD for an employee representing the company who purchased the product, or other forms of original purchaser’s identification including a state issued Driver License with photo, a state issued Identity Card with photo, or Government issued Passport with photo.

We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without BOTH proof of purchase and proof of identity. Items purchased as “FINAL SALE” on the original invoice cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired.
Items must be returned to and received by the following address before a credit, exchange or refund can be issued. Purchases made outside the U.S. may only be returned to the purchase location.

CREDITS OR REFUNDS
We will issue an appropriate credit or refund with an Original Paper Receipt, E-Receipt, Original Packing Slip or Order Number, or other major credit card used at the time of purchase, the item’s purchase price will be refunded in the Original Form of Tender (cash refunds to credit cards are limited to $100 with any balance refunded as a check by mail).

RECEIVING REFUNDS BY MAIL
You must include your return address with your refund claim in order to receive a refund check from GONZO®. Your refund address will be the original order shipment address, unless otherwise instructed by calling GONZO® CUSTOMER SERVICE at 855-464-6696.

To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the Packing Slip enclosed with your order, insure the package, and mail it to the GONZO® address on your original Packing Slip or to:

If you do not have the original Packing Slip or have misplaced it, please call us at 855-464-6696. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to accept any items for return or exchange.
BASIC FREIGHT RETURNS:
To return Basic Freight items, please call us at 855-464-6696 within 30-days following your order’s delivery to make arrangements for their return to GONZO®. Make sure to reference your original order number when calling.
For non-freight orders placed through our www.gogetgonzo.com store, please call us at 855-464-6696, or contact us at customer-service@buy-gonzo-online.com within 30-days following your order’s delivery. Make sure to reference your original order number when calling.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns, exchanges, credit or refunds will only be accepted and issued if you contact GONZO® within 30-days of your product’s delivery to you, AND return the item(s) to GONZO® within 60-days following your receipt of the original product.
All items will be inspected upon return. A restocking fee will apply, starting at 25% of the purchase price, for any items not returned in good condition or outside the stated time frame.
Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. Refunds will be issued in the Original Form of Tender (cash refunds are limited to $100 in store with any balance refunded as a check by mail).
Orders eligible for cancellation will be refunded in the Original Form of Tender.
